01 / Food

We design and run food areas shaped around the character of your festival. Good food, thoughtful presentation and a space people want to stay in.

Let’s talk about your festivalDiscover TASTE

01 / Food

Taste is partof the experience.

Quality ingredients, fresh preparation on site and thoughtful presentation make food part of the festival experience. Every detail connects what’s on the plate with the space around it.

01

Ingredients

Flavour and ingredient quality come first. The menu reflects the event and what the kitchen can prepare well.

02

Preparation

The first slice is only the start. Careful preparation and coordinated service help maintain the agreed standard throughout the event.

03

Presentation

Food should fit the festival: easy to eat, thoughtfully served and free from unnecessary formality.

02 / Space

Good food.A place to linger.

What happens between sets is part of the experience, too. Food counters, lighting, signage and places to relax form a space that belongs at your festival.

03 / Responsibility

From the first ingredientto the final detail.

We bring restaurant expertise and kitchen facilities to the festival site for the duration of the event. Kitchen operations, service and spatial design form one coordinated offer, with the concept, scope and standard agreed together.

01Culinary conceptMenu, ingredients, preparation.

Your audience and event shape the culinary direction. The menu and approach to fresh preparation on site are agreed together.

02Logistics and serviceTeam, facilities, sales.

We plan kitchen and service workflows, back-of-house facilities and food collection, and run food sales to attendees within the agreed scope.

03Presentation and spaceMaterials, lighting, identity.

Food presentation, counters, signage and spaces for attendees follow one concept. The design scope and investment are agreed with the organiser.

04 / Menu

A samplefestival menu.

Freshly prepared on site, easy to enjoy at a table or on the way to the next set. Each menu is agreed together and adapted to the audience, season and facilities on site.

02

Roasted vegetable focaccia

Roasted vegetables, creamy cheese and herb dressing. Freshly assembled just before serving.

How we serve it

Wrapped in paper, easy to eat without cutlery.

03

Oven-roasted potatoes

Crisp potatoes with herbs and a choice of sauce. Served straight from the oven.

How we serve it

In a bowl with sauce on the side, ready to enjoy at a shared table.

05 / Partnership

Less coordination.More control.

One partner to coordinate with. A concept and standard agreed together. Food that feels part of your festival’s identity.

01

Food sales to attendees

The organiser does not commission catering for the audience. The operator sells food directly to attendees.

02

A benefit for the festival

The festival receives an agreed financial benefit from the food area. Before the event, we agree clear reporting and payment arrangements based on sales data from POS systems.

03

Clear responsibilities

The scope, investment, responsibilities and working arrangements are agreed before work begins. You help shape the concept and standard.
